Sai Suduarsan es el primero en pasar más de 450 más de 450 en IP 2025.
Sai Sudharsan continued his dream run in IPL 2025 with yet another fine show on Monday. Facing the Rajasthan Royals, Sudharsan quickly wrestled back the IPL 2025 Orange Cap from RCB talisman Virat Kohli. The young left-hander failed to get to 50, but stitched a 93-run opening partnership with Shubman Gill in Jaipur’s RR vs GT clash.

Entering the RR vs GT clash, Sudharsan had 417 runs in 8 innings. Over the weekend, both Suryakumar Yadav and Virat Kohli overtook the GT opener in the leaderboard. Surya scored a quick-fire half-century against Lucknow Super Giants at the Wankhede. In a contrasting knock, Virat Kohli then took the lead with a sedate 51 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. However, both their leads did not last long, with Sudharsan putting himself ahead on Monday.
Sai Sudharsan has enjoyed a fine run in IPL 2025, consistently turning up with the bat for the Gujarat Titans. The young left-hander has five half-centuries in 9 innings, underscoring his consistency. Sudharsan has formed formidable top partnerships with captain Shubman Gill and Jos Buttler. Striking at 150, the 23-year-old helps Gujarat Titans create a solid base for the other explosive batters in their lineup to fire.
Sudharsan riding his luck?
Sai Sudharsan has been consistent with the bat in hand, but there has been an element of luck in his success. The Gujarat Titans opener has been dropped five times this season, the most reprieves for anyone in IPL 2025. He scored half-centuries in each of his 4 previous chances, but failed to do in the RR vs GT clash. Sudharsan was dropped on 9 by Shimron Hetmyer at extra cover, off Maheesh Theekshana. However, the Sri Lankan eventually had the last laugh, getting the left-hander out for 39.
