Jasprit Bumrah’s wife Sanjana Ganesan reacted sharply to trolls who involved her son in social media banter. Her remarks come after Angad Bumrah was dragged into social media chatter following the MI vs LSG game on Sunday. Both Sanjana and her son were present at the Wankhede stadium to witness the game where MI prevailed by 54 runs.
Taking to social media platform Instagram, Sanjana stated categorically that while Bumrah and her understood that the internet was a vile and despicable place, the only reason why she was present with her son at the Wankhede was to support Jasprit. She took aim at reports and trolls who arrived at a conclusion
Several social media handles posted a screenshot of Angad during the game against LSG, claiming that he was not impressed by his father’s spell.
Meanwhile, Bumrah etched his name in history, becoming Mumbai Indians’ highest wicket-taker in the Indian Premier League. The milestone was achieved during MI’s IPL 2025 clash against Lucknow Super Giants at the iconic Wankhede Stadium.
